AGLO-Chicago would like UChicago students, faculty and staff to know that a strong, celebratory GLBTQ Catholic faith community exists in Chicago!
AGLO-Chicago, the Archdiocesan Gay and Lesbian Outreach, offers a weekly Catholic mass service celebrating the GLBTQ community each Sunday evening (including Christmas night, 2011) at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel church, 708 W. Belmont Ave. (between Halsted & Broadway). AGLO-Chicago also offers the sacrament of confession, discussion, prayer, and study groups, social activities, opportunities for community service, and a twice-monthly mass choir.
