Dear Community,
We want to let you know about Trikone-Chicago, a wonderful support organization for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender South Asians and their allies in the Chicagoland area. Trikone hosts potlucks, book club meetings, dance parties, and art festivals throughout the year.
Trikone has two major events coming up: a queer Bollywood dance party this Friday, and they will also be participating in the Chicago Pride Parade in late June. You can keep track of Trikone by friending them on Facebook and joining their email listserve. If you’d like to volunteer to march in the Trikone Pride Parade, you can email kareem dot khubchandani at trikonechicago dot org.
Battelle, the world’s largest independent research and development organization, and the National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals (NOGLSTP) is now accepting applications for the 2012 Battelle/NOGLSTP Out To Innovate Scholarships.
